Naturale Products. Tapping - FasterEFT (Emotionally Focused Transformation) FasterEFT can bring you profound results and create deep changes in less time than conventional psychotherapeutic methods. It can be used for whatever is causing discomfort in your life, releasing unresolved past events, limiting beliefs and all sorts of emotional drawbacks. Tapping generally borrows from ancient Eastern knowledge of the meridian system. It’s like acupressure without needles. I originally learned to tap with Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and went onto EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for many years. Since attending Robert Smith’s FasterEFT workshops in Melbourne and experiencing amazing transformations for myself and my clients, I have embraced this exciting new way of tapping. It integrates the key, effective elements of EFT, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), BSFF (Be Set Free Fast), spiritual teachings and emphasises the mind-body connection. I lost 12 kilos in 2010 just by using FasterEFT. I learned to overcome cravings, tap on daily stressors, eat only when hungry and NOT to eat diet food. I can help you lose weight too. FasterEFT gets great results in person and over the phone. TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) This is a gentle, non-intrusive and deeply relaxing modality which was developed by Tapas Fleming in America in the ‘90s. It is excellent if you have had a traumatic experience, suffer from allergies, experience anxiety or other disruptive intrusions in your life. TAT also draws on the ancient benefits of significant acupressure meridian points. It involves lightly holding a few pressure points on the front and back of your head as you put your attention on a problem. Using the TAT Pose with the Steps of TAT you can profoundly improve many aspects of your life. Its simplicity is deceptive. This is a technique that works well in person, yet is equally as effective when you’re guided over the phone. I am proudly one of six qualified TAT Professionals in Australia. Australian Bush Flower Essences These wonderful essences, created by Sydney naturopath Ian White, work on the mind, body and spirit to help bring you greater clarity, joy and a happier quality of life. I recommend them for adults, children and animals. The essences are created by extracting the healing vibrational quality from the highest evolved part of the plant – the flowers. Working on the emotional level, they harmonize negative feelings and belief patterns held in the subconscious mind. I provide them in dropper bottles to be be taken as drops under the tongue or in water, juice, tea or coffee if that’s more convenient. Reiki Sekh’m This is a gentle, relaxing healing method which provides life force energy clearing and healing. It helps to return your body back to balance. I provide a safe, welcoming environment as you lie on my practitioner table and receive the healing benefits, while escaping from the cares and worries of your day. I have been initiated and energetically empowered to the equivalent of levels I, II and III in the Usui system of Reiki healing, to the Intermediate level of the Rings of the Thymus and I've been trained to Level 2 in Sekh'm. Reiki Sekh'm is an energy system and spiritual path which was rediscovered by Usui, a Buddhist monk in the late 1800s. Sekh'm is an Egyptian word for "sacred might, or power" and can be traced to the mystery schools of Egypt. I use Reiki-Sekh’m in all my Absent/Distant/Remote healings and products. Dowsing If you feel you need some special help that’s “beyond the physical”, I can dowse for you. Dowsing is an ancient technique that’s more commonly known for finding water (divining). However it has an extensive range of applications and I use it for metaphysical healing. Working with a pendulum to focus intent, I scramble the energy around a wide range of problems. This could be something you’d like to try to improve a situation that some might feel defies routine practices. It works well for relationship difficulties. It can relieve stress around a new born baby coming home. Or in a divorce that’s impacting badly on children. It can neutralise many unpleasant situations and transform the energy to allow for a safer and better outcome. I use it for lifting curses, removing entities, altering victim and co-dependency situations, cutting ties to unhelpful problems and people, improving energy and more. Dowsing is another very practical tool I incorporate into all my Absent/Distant/Remote healings. I am a Life Member of the Dowsing Society of Victoria Inc (DSV) and serve on the Committee.
